"My gas boiler, which had been serviced annually since purchase, broke down one cold late December day. The engineer who came to repair the fault shut it down as it was not up to current safety standards. He blanked off the gas pipe and put a danger sticker on it and left me without heating and hot water.
Rush and his team came to my rescue and explained fully the problem and the need for the new boiler to be repositioned. They were very busy but agreed to do the work on a weekend.
They worked hard all day and installed the new boiler and all the new pipes. The work was well done and discreet and tidy. My home was left spotless.
Rush has returned and done an annual service.
